Scope of Services. Through this Site, Prettiee Clean Services markets and arranges Deep Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://prettieecleanservices.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Prettiee Clean Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. Prettiee Clean Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Limitation. In no event will Prettiee Clean Services's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Choice of Law. KY law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of KY, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
